Best First Cruise

First cruise. Friends had booked Holland America to Panama Canal. Lana helped us join them booking several weeks later. She was able to get our cabins next to each other, sit and the same table for dinner, and advised about excursions along the way.

Our friends were impressed with knowledge she gave us as they booked their own and have gone on many cruises. BEST last day was on HA owned Bahama island, Half Moon Cay. Large sandy beach, crystal blue water, etc. She advised we book a Cabana for four for the day. Three sided cabin with table, chairs, lounge chairs, water toys, AC (not needed), and staff from ship brought in two huge trays of fruit, dips, chips and drinks and ice just for us. It was near facilities but did not feel like it and only a few steps from the water. It was the ICING on the trip!
