I have known Lana for many years but had never used her services to plan a vacation. I read so many reviews raving about her services so I decided to mix business with friendship and boy, am I glad I did. Planning a trip can be stressful – especially when it’s for a group…no matter the size. I knew where I wanted to stay but coordinating everything – well that takes work.

Lana knew this was my birthday getaway with my girlfriends and she took extra care in making sure the resort was aware. I’ve stayed at Riu Palace before so I was familiar with their level of services but they really did seem to go above and beyond to make sure we felt special. With all the concerns with Zika virus, Lana sent along a care package to me for my group so that we would feel ready and safe going to the Dominican. She knew my main concern was that we were not on a ground floor and had hoped we’d have some type of view. When we arrived, the staff right away confirmed we were on a higher floor and we had a lovely view of a courtyard which was so tranquil. We had lots of natural light and the room was clean and ready for us upon arrival.

Upon our return, she made sure to follow up to ensure that we had a good experience. The extra care and follow through that we received from Lana made the experience that much better. I cannot wait to put her “design a dream vacation” skills to work because I know that’s where she truly shines.
