Lana was extremely helpful and knowledgeable during our search and booking experience. She found us exactly what we were looking for. Even during our vacation when we need assistance we never felt abandoned. She answered all our questions, emails, and phone calls about our stay not only prior to booking, but even during our resort stay. I would highly recommend using Lana.
